ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING
When the geometry seems impossible, or a one-off item would be cost prohibitive to machine, you've come to the right place. I specialize in design-for-additive-manufacture, and am proficient with SLS & MJF nylon, BJT 17-4 PH Stainless Steel (DesktopMetal), and have experience with SLS Aluminum as well as numerous other materials.

REPRODUCTIONS & CLONING
Are you trying to clone something but the parts just don't exist anymore? DOE parts are just the start: everything's on the table from SALVO to SPIW to the ACR program and beyond.
I have experience reverse-engineering these exotic components, and optimizing them for modern additive manufacture.

I'm proficient in Fusion 360 with years of experience, and familiar with both SolidWorks and Autodesk Inventor.
